Refund Policy

This policy applies to watch purchases from CLS WATCH TRADING [Registration No. 201903263343 (JM0917034-D)], 1, Jalan Puteri, 86000 Kluang, Johor.

1. Cooling-off & returns

Unworn watches in original packaging and with all documentation may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if defective or incorrectly described. Contact us before returning any item.

2. Custom or special-order pieces

Special-order and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective at delivery.

3. How to request a refund

Email enquiry@clswatchtrading.com with your order reference, photos if applicable, and reason for the claim. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

4. Non-refundable

Worn straps, altered or damaged watches, and items without original packaging or papers (where provided) are not eligible for refund.
